Go to Settings → Blocked Apps. The system will show an app picker where you can select which apps you want to block during your detox.
The Free version includes basic streak tracking and intervention prompts. Pro unlocks hard blocking (prevents opening target apps), the full action library, deep analytics, and Live Activity on Dynamic Island. One-time purchase, lifetime access.
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. The system will re-query Apple for your purchase history. If it still fails, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
All data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app will remove all data. Consider taking screenshots of your milestones for keepsakes.
